Rear Install Instructions

Remove two (2) seat bolts from center rear seat row. Place base channel and hand-tighten.

Remove C-pillar upper plastic cover from both driver and passenger sides.

Place partition on top of base channel and secure C-pillar brackets (SAB EXP08R-DB & SAB EXP08R-PB) to partition using 3/8 - 16 x 1" bolts and respective nuts and washers.

Using the photos below as a guide, place the C-pillar brackets in place and drill or drive in three (3) #10 TEK screws using the holes in the C-pillar brackets as a guide.

Note: The passenger-side C-pillar bracket is just in front of the air conditioning duct and just above the lower part of C-pillar cover.

Now secure C-pillar brackets in place. Place C-pillar plastic covers back in place and mark where you will need to notch in order to clear the C-pillar brackets. Mark and notch both sides. When done, re-install the C-pillar covers. Next, attach both lower side filler metal panels using the 3/8 - 16 x 1 bolt on the top of the tab and 3/8 - 16 x 3/4" bolt on the bottom tab.

Remove both D-pillar plastic covers. Using the photograph as a guide, place the small "hat section" so its bottom edge is just above the 5/8" hole in the D-pillar. To correctly line up this part, draw a line from center of .410 hole (to right of the slotted hole). As you go up the pillar, this "line" should measure .5" to the right of the slotted hole higher up the pillar (not seen in the photo). (The underside of the D-pillar cover is ribbed so position of this part is important.) Use #10 x 1/2 TEK screws to install. When finished, re-install D-pillar covers.

Secure upper diamond-punched side walls to the rear partition using two (2) 1/4 - 20 x 5/8" BH screws with 1/4 - 20 lock nuts and flat washers.

Attach the rear end of the side wall to the D-pillar cover using two (2) #10 x 1/2 TEK screws. Drill through the plastic cover and into the hat section previously installed. Tighten all applicable areas, especially seat bolts and 3/8 - 16 x 1" bolts that secure partition to C-pillar brackets.
