The SUV model with a rear A/C module located in the headliner is different in 2010 from the 2007-2009 models.
Another change in 2010 models is the B pillar cover. The seat belt retraction device is located farther down the B pillar. The change affects the fit of the mounting kit lower side panel.
The new mounting kit part numbers for partitions installed in 2010 Tahoes, Suburbans, Yukons, Silverado trucks are as follows:
2-SAB-TH10 (for window cages)
2-SAB-PTH10 (for diamond-punched cages)
INSTALLATION TIP
if you want to transfer a cage from a 2008/2009 model to a 2010, you can use the mounting kit IF you make a modification to the lower side filler panel. You will need to trim off the angled portion to make it viable.
NOTE: If you are not sure what year your Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon/Silverado vehicle is, check the B pillar. If the bump-out is lower down the B pillar cover (as in the above photo), the model year is 2010.

Under the OEM beverage holder between the front seats is a "crash box." This crash box is not to be removed. For console installation, TROY offers two floor plates.
AC-IMP CONMNT
This is a 23" long floor plate with front and rear tabs.
Use this floor plate when you have a console and/or products that will not be in the crash box area.
This floor mount was designed to travel the length of the transmission hump and go over the crash box. It fits model years 2006-2010.
Included with the floor mount is a "leveler" to allow for a level installation of console and/or products mounted in this crash box area.
For Impala console orders, please indicate model year so the correct front mounting tabs are sent as follows:

The headliner is recessed in areas (due to A/C ducting changes made). If you need to remove this A/C module for a partition installation, you will cover the area with a plate. In the 2010 model, there is now a sizable gap between the bolted-in-place plate and the partition roll bar. In the model years 2007-2009, there was no gap.
To solve this problem, Troy designed a headliner gap panel (that bolts directly to the partition) that together with the "re-location plate" needs to accompany any partition order for this model Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon.
For window partitions, the part numbers are AC-ACSPTH08 & SABTH10-HL.
For diamond-punched partitions, the part numbers are AC-ACSPTH08 & SABPTH10-HL.
